Our Vision

A relaxed coastal bar to eat, drink and gather.

Situated in Greenbank gardens our bar & kitchen boasts both a beautiful grass area and indoor seating with a view. Great for families, couples, kids, dogs and everyone in between.

We cook with Cornish produce, drawing on Mediterranean and Levantine flavours, serving plates with creative combinations and bold flavours.

We are passionate about charcoal cooking here at Glas, most of the food you enjoy here will be cooked outside on coals all year round. Expect bold flavours with vegetables, meat and fish smoked and grilled.

Locally Sourced Ingredients

We cook with the best of Cornwall, sourcing seasonal produce from small, independent suppliers around Falmouth and letting ingredients speak for themselves. We also showcase local breweries that we’re proud to pour.

Glas exists to bring people together - a place to pause, connect, and enjoy the moment, from a single drink to a long, easy evening.

Our space was intentionally designed to invoke warmth, making it ideal for both casual and celebratory gatherings.

From relaxed dinners and long lunches to wine evenings, supper clubs and celebrations or something a bit more lively, live acoustic music, competitions and DJ sets, we do it all here.
